At this time we use UPS & USPS for shipping. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.

Yes! The best way to learn about sales is to make sure you sign up for our newsletter. When you make a purchase make sure to select the option to learn about future promotions and sales.

The bundles are already discounted. They are available for purchase as a subscription, but there is not an additional discount. Additionally the dollar amount of the bundle is not included in the $50 for free shipping.

No. We ship to the United States and its respective territories.

We don’t currently offer expedited shipping options. However, if you are in a rush, please reach out to us to see if we can help.

When your order total without bundles is over $50, your order will ship free. However, bundle/s in the cart are not included towards the $50 for free shipping.

Orders placed after 2pm CT are processed the following business day. Once shipped, orders should arrive in 5-10 business days. If you opt-in, you will receive a confirmation text with tracking information when your package ships.

You know your body best, please read the ingredients to see if you are sensitive to anything listed. Our products contain MCTs derived from coconut oil and/or coconut oil.

Some products may contain sweet almond oil.

We do not use gluten containing ingredients, but we also do not only purchase gluten-free declared ingredients. You will need to determine your sensitivity to possible cross-contamination of ingredients before they came to our facility.

Most of our products are vegan.

All of our products are manufactured on shared equipment.

We do not use genetically altered organisms (GMOs), pesticides, heavy metals, or harsh chemicals in our products.

We make every effort to make our products as sustainable and environmentally friendly as possible. Our CO2 extraction technology has the lowest carbon footprint and carbon emissions. hōlus products are as safe and natural as possible.
